This is an appeal by Jackson Colobro from an order of the Circuit Court of Mercer County denying the appellant’s petition for mandamus relief in a controversy involving the filling of a vacant teacher position in the Mercer County school system. The circuit court denied relief on the ground that the appellant had unreasonably delayed in filing his application for a writ of mandamus.
