CHADICK, Chief Justice.

This is an appeal in a trespass to try title case. Summary judgment motions filed by the several defendants were sustained in the trial court and judgment was entered that plaintiffs take nothing. The trial court judgment is affirmed.

The plaintiffs pled that the title of A. L. Allen and his wife, Virginia, to an 11/isth undivided interest in the two hundred acres of land in suit vested in them under the Texas law of intestate succession and that they were ousted from possession of the land by the defendants on January 1, 1954.
