The plaintiff in error, a corporation, filed this suit in trespass to try title in one of the district courts of Bexar county to recover the title and possession of two lots of land described as lots 19 and 20, B. 11, O. B. 4027, in Bexar county, Tex., against John F. Af-fleck and unknown heirs of John F. Af-fleck, and the estate of D. M. Poor, deceased, and Ellen M. Greenwood as individual executors of D. M.
