BOWES, J.:
¶ 1 Appellant, Thomas Cappello, appeals from the order entered on November 5, 2001, denying his petition for post-conviction relief. We affirm.
¶ 2 The underlying offenses occurred as follows. During the early morning hours of June 27, 1999, Allentown Police Officer Allen Todd responded to an automobile collision involving Appellant’s vehicle at the intersection of Law and Allen Streets in Allentown, Pennsylvania.
