This is an information in equity, filed by the Attorney General, at the relation of the Harbor and Land Commissioners, to restrain the defendant from building on a triangular piece of land in the city of Boston, containing about five thousand square feet, situated west of Trinity Church and north of the Museum of Fine Arts, and bounded by Huntington Avenue, St. James Avenue, and Trinity Place. Huntington Avenue crosses St. James Avenue at an acute angle, and the land in question is near their point of intersection.
