OPINION

SULT, Presiding Judge.

¶ 1 Charles Vincent Wagner, Jr. (“appellant”) appeals from his convictions and sentences for first degree murder and attempted armed robbery. For the following reasons, we affirm.

BACKGROUND

¶ 2 In June 1994, four teenagers, Damon Bellamy, Jason Miller, Mike Gibson, and appellant, went to a Smitty’s grocery store to steal either a purse or an automobile. Appellant was armed with a .380 semi-automatic pistol and Gibson was armed with a .22 revolver.
