MANFORD, Judge.

This is a civil action seeking recovery of damages for personal injury. The judgment is affirmed.

Appellants present a sole point, which charges the trial court erred in submitting two converse instructions because the language used therein was not substantially *238the same as that used in the verdict-directing instructions.
