ICOT Holdings, LLC (“ICOT”) voluntarily dismissed without prejudice its action against Tracy Young, et al., in which it raised multiple claims including breach of fiduciary duty. ICOT later filed a Motion to Reopen and Dismiss, asking the trial court to reopen the case and enter a dismissal with prejudice.
