—Judgment unanimously affirmed. Memorandum: Defendant was convicted following a plea of guilty of attempted murder in the second degree (Penal Law §§ 110.00, 125.25 [1]). Defendant contends that County Court erred in denying his motion to suppress various inculpatory statements made to police following his arrest.
