*1420Appeal from a judgment of the Monroe County Court (Richard A. Keenan, J.), rendered April 7, 2005. The judgment convicted defendant, upon a jury verdict, of rape in the third degree (four counts) and endangering the welfare of a child (six counts).

It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from is unanimously modified as a matter of discretion in the interest of justice and on the law by amending the orders of protection and as modified the judgment is affirmed, and the matter is remitted to Monroe County Court for further proceedings in accordance with the following memorandum: On…
