This case comes to us by way of summary judgment motions which were granted with respect to ten defendants by District Judge Horace Gilmore. Plaintiffs-appellants alleged a conspiracy to violate antitrust laws which was filed in the first instance in 1978 by Huron Valley Hospital. On appeal from the first judgment of the District Court entered in 1979, this court vacated the District Court’s decision. See Huron Valley Hospital, Inc. v.
