OPINION
GILMORE, District Judge.
This matter is again before the Court upon defendants’ motions for summary judgment. 1 The defendants jointly moving the Court for summary judgment roughly fall into three categories. The first group is the hospital defendants, namely, Pontiac General Hospital (PGH), Pontiac Osteopathic Hospital (POH), Crittenton Hospital, and St. Joseph Mercy Hospital (SJMH).
