MEMORANDUM OPINION

Presently before the Court is an appeal by Appellant, International Finance Corporation (“IFC”) from the December 9, 2002 Order (the “Order”) of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (the “Bankruptcy Court”) denying Appellant International Finance Corporation’s Motion To Dismiss For Lack Of Subject Matter Jurisdiction Based On Immunity.
