This was- an action in case, in the Circuit Court of Marion county, by appellee against appellant, to recover for the death of appellee’s intestate resulting from an injury received while in the service of appellant as a bralceman on one of its trains. Trial by jury. Verdict and judgment in favor of appellee for $8,000.
