OPINION

BROOKSHIRE, Justice.

On February 11,1993, a jury convicted the appellant of burglary of a motor vehicle and aggravated robbery. The jury found the appellant to be an habitual offender and assessed punishment for the burglary of a motor vehicle at sixty years confinement in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. The jury assessed punishment for the aggravated robbery at confinement in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice for life.
