The complaint in this cause consists of three paragraphs.
The first paragraph consists of the ordinary complaint for the recovery of the possession of real estate.
The second paragraph alleges that the appellants are the owners in fee, and entitled to the possession, of the three-fifths of the land described therein ; that they are the heirs at law of Francis M.
