DECISION AND JOURNAL ENTRY

This cause was heard upon the record in the trial court and the following disposition is made:

{¶ 1} Defendant appeals his conviction in the Lorain County Court of Common Pleas. We dismiss for lack of jurisdiction.

{¶ 2} On April 4, 2006, an indictment was filed in the Lorain County Court of Common Pleas against Defendant on four counts. According to the trial court's journal entry following a pre-trial hearing, Defendant pled not guilty on May 4, 2006. After a trial, a jury found him guilty on all four counts.
