Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Agresta, J.), rendered January 10, 1983, convicting him of murder in the second degree (four counts), robbery in the first degree, burglary in the first degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
