Louisiana Court of Appeal

1Opinion of the CourtPeters, J.

liTIie husband and wife plaintiffs, Ran-del and Naddia Melder, appeal the trial court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of the defendant, State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company (State Farm), dismissing State Farm from the litigation because its policy at issue in this litigation did not provide underin-sured/uninsured motorist (UM) coverage for the vehicle involved in the accident sued upon. For the following reasons, we reverse the trial court’s grant of summary judgment and remand this matter to the trial court for further proceedings.
