After a bench trial, defendant was convicted of driving a motor vehicle while his driver’s license was suspended, in violation of Ill Rev Stats 1967, c 95%, § 6-303 (a).1 He was placed on one year’s probation. Defendant appeals and seeks a reversal of his conviction, or in the alternative, a new trial.
