delivered the opinion of the Court.. This is ari appeal from an order of the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County as a Court of equity, overruling exceptions to the ratification of a sale of mortgaged premises, made under a power of sale contained in the mortgage. This mortgage was made September 20th, 1898, by Rachel PI. Stewart and her husband to “The Workingmen’s Building and Loan Association of Annapolis, Anne Arundel County, Maryland,” (which will hereafter be designated The Association), a body corporate under the laws of Maryland, to secure an advance made to said Rachel PC…
