COMBS, Judge.

This is an appeal from the summary judgment of the Campbell Circuit Court, holding appellant personally liable under a guaranty agreement for debts to appellee on two promissory notes.

Thomas Rhein borrowed money from appellant Peoples Deposit Bank of Burlington, Kentucky [Peoples Bank], on two occasions in 1982. The first note was for the amount of $70,000.00. Appellant Ervin M.
