JOHNSON, Judge.

Star Bank, Kenton Co., Inc. (the Bank) 1 appeals from a judgment entered following a jury verdict that denied the Bank the right to enforce personal guaranties given by Ralph Parnell (Parnell) and Arvind Karnik (Karnik) to secure promissory notes for ARRA Enterprises, Inc. (ARRA), Parnell’s and Karnik’s recreational vehicle dealership corporation which had declared bankruptcy. Having concluded that there is insufficient evidence to support the jury’s verdict, we reverse and remand.
