1 Roger Bryner appeals the dismissal of his civil case against the custodian of records for the Holladay Justice Court, We affirm,

T2 Bryner was a defendant in a traffic case in the Holladay Justice Court, He filed a request under the Government Records Aceess and Management Act (GRAMA), seeking documents from his own case as well as sentencing documents in cases involving other persons who had been charged with the same offenses.
