—Appeal from a judgment of Ontario County Court (Doran, J.), entered October 19, 2001, convicting defendant upon his guilty plea of, inter alia, criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree.
It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from be and the same hereby is unanimously affirmed.
