—Ap*876peal from a judgment of the Monroe County Court (Patricia D. Marks, J.), rendered June 8, 2001. The judgment convicted defendant, upon a jury verdict, of robbery in the second degree, robbery in the third degree, and grand larceny in the fourth degree (two counts).

It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from be and the same hereby is unanimously affirmed.
