Plaintiff Luz D. Ramos appeals the decision of the Commissioner of Social Security (“the Commissioner”) denying her claim for supplemental security income (“SSI”) under Title XVI of the Social Security Act (“the Act”). Ramos and the Commissioner have filed cross motions for summary judgment (now titled in the Clerk’s standard procedural order as a Request for Review and Response).
