OPINION
EVA M. GUZMAN, Justice.
In this condemnation case, the property owner challenges the legal and factual sufficiency of the evidence supporting the jury’s determination of value for real es tate located in Galveston County, Texas. Because the jury’s finding of the condemned property’s fair market value is within the range of evidence presented at trial, we affirm.
