EVERETT, Chief Judge:

A special court-martial convicted appellant of possessing, introducing, and possessing with intent to distribute, marihuana, in violation of Articles 92 and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 892 and 934, respectively. Thereafter, the judge sentenced him to a bad-conduct discharge, confinement for 120 days, forfeiture of $366 pay per month for 5 months, and reduction to the lowest enlisted grade.
