These consolidated cases arise out of the relationship between Astra USA, Inc. (“Astra”) and Lars P.E. Bildman, its former president, Chief Executive Officer and a director.3 Bildman’s motion for partial summary judgment addresses two of Astra’s claims in Civil Action No. 98-0580-C.
