Rollex Corporation appeals the district court’s grant of summary judgment of infringement of Quality Edge, Inc.’s U.S. Patent No. 7,137,224. Rollex also appeals the district court’s permanent injunction order, dismissal of its invalidity defenses and counterclaim, and denial of its discovery and evidentiary motions.
