COX, Judge:

Appellant was tried by general court-martial on February 22 and 23, 1982. The court was convened at Mannheim, Federal Republic of Germany, and was composed of officer and enlisted members. Despite his pleas, he was found guilty of taking indecent liberties with and committing lascivious acts upon his daughter, who was under 16 years of age, in violation of Article 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. § 934.
