GODBOLD, Circuit Judge:
Louisiana Land and Exploration Company (Land) petitions for review of an order of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). 1 We must decide whether FERC erred in determining that Land made a sale of natural gas subject to FERC jurisdiction and in requiring Land to pay refunds. We find no error in the FERC jurisdictional conclusion and nothing unreasonable, arbitrary or abusive of discretion in the refund order. Accordingly, we affirm.
