SPATT, District Judge:
In this declaratory judgment action, the Plaintiff Scottsdale Insurance Company seeks to rescind an insurance policy that was allegedly issued under false pretenses, and to avoid any continuing liability thereunder. For the reasons that follow, the Plaintiffs motion for a judgment declaring the policy, void ab initio is granted in its entirety.
