ORDER DENYING DEBTORS’ MOTION FOR CONTEMPT

J. VINCENT AUG, Jr., Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter is before the Court on the Debtors’ motion to find the Ohio Bureau of Employment Services (OBES) in civil con tempt. (Doe. 20). The OBES has filed a response to the motion. (Doe. 23). 1 The Court has jurisdiction over this ease pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1334 and the General Order of Reference entered in this District. This is a core proceeding pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(O).
