M. W. Worley Construction Company, Inc. (plaintiff or Worley), instituted an action in the trial court to recover the balance allegedly due on a contract with Hungerford, Inc. (defendant or Hungerford), in connection with the construction of a large industrial plant for Westinghouse Electric Company in Culpeper County.
