Plaintiff-appellant Louise Evans appeals from the district court’s entry of summary judgment in favor of defendant-appellee Mathis Funeral Home, Inc. (the “Funeral Home”), on her tort claim for negligent construction and maintenance. On appeal Evans raises two issues. First, she. argues that the district court abused its discretion by partially excluding her expert’s testimony.
