THIS CAUSE comes before the Court pursuant to Defendant World Omni Financial Corp.’s Motions for Summary Judgment, filed July 2, 2010 [DE 129] and August 10, 2010 [DE 163]. This cause is also before the Court on Plaintiff Richard Cohen’s (“Cohen”) Motion for Partial Summary Judgment, filed July 3, 2010 [DE 133].
