Madonna Rauscher filed suit against General Motors Corporation, Paul Fusz Buick, Inc., and Bruno Guillemette, seeking damages for personal injuries which she claimed she sustained in an automobile collision on June 5, 1986. The trial court directed a verdict in favor of General Motors and Fusz at the close of the plaintiffs evidence. The jury returned a verdict in favor of defendant Guillemette.
