Timothy and Gloria Owen brought this putative class action suit against General Motors Corporation (GM) after their windshield wipers failed, asserting claims of breach of warranty, breach of contract, unjust enrichment, fraudulent concealment, and violation of the Missouri Merchandising Practices Act (MMPA), Mo.
