This is an appeal by the defendant from a judgment recovered by the plaintiff in an action of libel.
The plaintiff was a real estate broker who had asserted a claim for commissions earned in procuring a purchaser of a parcel of land belonging to the Hudson County Consumers’ Brewing Company, of which the defendant was president.
