After being terminated by his employer, the Chicago Transit Authority (“CTA”), Israel Arce filed this suit, alleging discrimination on the basis of his race, national origin, and disability in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), 42.
