A hearing was held in this matter on March 14, 2002, on the plaintiffs motion for summary judgment. Joan M. Schulk-ers appeared on behalf of the plaintiff, lone Rasmussen, and Michael J. McNamara appeared on behalf of the defendant, debtor Richard Allen Unruh.
