This case comes from the superior court of Pittsburg county, commenced by the defendant in error, plaintiff below, hereinafter called the plaintiff, against the • plaintiff in error, defendant below, hereinafter called the defendant, before a justice of the peace in said county, to recover damages in the sum of $200, alleged to have been sustained by a consignment of live stock shipped over the defendant’s line from Oklahoma City to McAlester. Judgment was rendered on March 7, 1911, in favor of the plaintiff for $200 and costs. In due time defendant filed its appeal…
