Anita D. Davis and Catherine Nall (“the plaintiffs”) appeal from a summary judgment entered in favor of Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC (“Bayview”), Interbay Funding, LLC (“Interbay”), and M & T Bank (“M & T”).

Athough the grounds the plaintiffs assert in support of their appeal of the summary judgment are procedural, a brief explanation of the facts is helpful to an understanding of the issues on appeal.
