Per Ctjriam.

Defendant was found guilty by a district court jury o'f a charge of aggravated rape, Minn. St. 1974, § 609.291(1), and sentenced by the trial court to a maximum indeterminate term of 15 years’ imprisonment. On this appeal from judgment of conviction, defendant contends that (1) the evidence was insufficient as a matter of law, (2) the prosecutor committed prejudicial misconduct, (3) defendant was denied his right to trial by a fair and impartial jury, and (4) defense counsel did not provide effective representation. We affirm.
