This is an appeal from a judgment of the Columbus Municipal Court. Plaintiffs, appellants herein, brought an action against four defendants. The court sustained a de murrer by, and gave judgment to, appellee city of Columbus, on the ground of governmental immunity. The facts are as alleged in the petition.
