This appeal arises from the trial court’s grant of a preliminary injunction which restricts the manner in which Defendants, a licensed attorney and his law practice, may use information obtained from DaimlerChrysler through discovery in a separate action in which Defendants represented Peter and Frances Pleskach (“the Pleskaches”) in a lawsuit against DaimlerChrysler (“the Pleskach case”).
