Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Ruchelsman, J.), rendered June 23, 1998, convicting him of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the first degree, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, criminally using drug paraphernalia in the second degree (two counts), and endangering the welfare of a child (two counts), upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
