Appeal by defendants, in a fraud and breach of contract case, from a judgment of $7,629.71 entered against them after a jury trial in the Supreme Court, Delaware County. Defendants sold a farm, cattle and equipment to the corporate plaintiff, which was organized by the individual plaintiffs for the purpose of purchasing and operating the farm. The plaintiff Sanchez negotiated the written agreement for the sale of the farm, which was executed between himself and the defendants, and later assigned to the corporate plaintiff.
